Ordering
- How do I place an order?
- Select a Category, Choose the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and you are home. If you need any assistance give us a call. We would love to guide you. You may contact us on +91-8415925255/ +91-7629011878.
- How will my order be delivered to me?
- Your order would be delivered by our delivery team at your doorstep.
- How will I know if order is placed successfully?
- Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over registered mobile num as well as registered email from hayumsidaba.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
- Do you take orders over phone?
- No, we don’t take orders over phone. But, we can guide you to place an order. Please contact us on +91-8415925255/ +91-7629011878.
- I tried placing order using my debit/credit card/Net Banking but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
- If your debit/credit card/Net Banking aren’t working. You needn’t worry, you still can order by COD (Cash on Delivery) mode.
- I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
- If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- 1. Net Banking 5-7 business days
- 2. Debit Card 5-7 business days
- 3. Credit Card 7-21 business days
- How do I check the status of my order?
- Our order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
- I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
- You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.
- Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
- In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to support@hayumsidaba.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
- Do you allow Replacements?
- Unfortunately no, we don’t have replacement policy.
- Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
- Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
Payments
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit and Debit Cards, Net banking, GPAY, PAYTM, PhonePe Etc.
- Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
- All Credit Card, Debit Card, net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
- Is there Cash on Delivery purchase?
- Yes, we do have COD purchase option.
- Are there any hidden charges?
- There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any sales tax is actually borne by Hayumsidaba. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- What should I do if my payment fails?
- In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: - Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details; billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on support@hayumsidaba.com or give us a call for any clarification.
- I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Hayumsidaba but I have never shopped with Hayumsidaba. What do I do?
- If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Hayumsidaba, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf.
- If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

- I am seeing a discounted price on the website?
- The discounted prices are offer given to the user, so avail the benefits.
- Is the price displayed including taxes?
- Yes, all the prices include taxes; no hidden charges will be deducted.
Delivery & Tracking
Delivery
- Do you charge for delivery?
- Every store has its own delivery charges. Hayumsidaba has its own delivery charges. A minimum Charges of Rs. 60 is Levied within 5 kms and Rs. 80 Above 5 kms for Order below Rs. 1999 and for Order Above Rs. 1999 you can Enjoy FREE DELIVERY in order to place you Order successfully.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- Your order will be delivered within 2 hours depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, Political disruptions etc.
- Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
- You can expect delivery of your order on all business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Sunday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
- Do you have delivery outside Manipur?
- No. Currently we only have delivery for Imphal Area.
Tracking
- How do I track my Order?
- Emails are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

Cancel & Return Policy
- Can I cancel or return my product?
- Please check carefully before you purchase from Hayumsidaba, since at present we do not have return policy unless Product is damage at the time of delivery or Manufacture has an expiry date.
- You can cancel your order via web before it is delivered or once the payment has been confirmed. But, please note, once the order is successful a minimal fee of Rs. 29 may levy if an order is canceled.
Miscellaneous
Registration
- Do I need to register to shop?
- It is not necessary to register with us to shop. However, Registration with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows us to keep you informed about your orders through email.
- What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
- If you have forgotten your password, you just need to click on forget password and it will be sent on your registered Email Id with us.
- Do I need to type my address every time I order?
- Address once used will be saved in My Account -> Address book link. You can go to your Address Book and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address.
- You can also add more addresses using Add a new address button.
- You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.
